Kuala Selangor Chalet is a simply-named drab budget hotel at the far edge of town along Jalan Tanjung Keramat. It can be reached by following the directions towards De Palma Hotel, then looking out for a signboard at right that leads to a narrow countryside road. This dilapidate hostel building offers basic dorm rooms at MYR70 per night, with six beds in each room and air-conditioning. There is a small open-air hall at the center of the building, while the chalet has relatively spacious outdoor grounds for light games and barbeques.
